Reach your physician
Call or message the practice when something comes up, and use telehealth when an office trip isn't needed. Home visits are offered for an added fee.
Dr. Ephraim Caangay keeps a small practice on purpose. You get real appointment times, visits that don't feel rushed, and a direct line to your physician, all for one flat monthly fee.
Insurance-driven offices book patients in short slots and make it hard to get answers between appointments. Membership takes the middleman out, so the relationship with your physician comes first.

Appointments run long enough to talk through what's going on, weigh your options and leave with a plan you understand.
Checkups, sick visits and long-term conditions stay with the same physician, so nothing gets lost between appointments.

Dr. Ephraim opened Caangay Family Medicine to practice the way he trained: with time to hear the full story, explain what's happening, and build a plan with each patient instead of for them.
His visits cover prevention, screenings and education alongside whatever brought you in that day. With a smaller patient panel and no insurance quotas, he can follow up, answer questions between visits and stay with you over the long run.
He earned his medical degree at Our Lady of Fatima University College of Medicine, completed his family medicine residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine.
Treat the person, not just the symptom or the billing code.
I can honestly say Dr. Ephraim (Doc) is the best primary care doctor I've ever had in over 70 years. He takes the time to listen, explains things in a way I can understand and make sure nothing gets overlooked. I never feel like I am another name on a chart.
What really sets him apart is that he follows through. If he says he is going to check on something you can count on him doing it.
Dr. Caangay is the most caring and kind hearted doctor I've ever seen. I highly recommend him!
His bedside manner is truly exceptional. He doesn't make you feel like just another patient. He treats you like family.
He doesn't just treat patients; he gives families reassurance, confidence, and peace of mind during some of their most difficult moments.
I would literally travel from Alabama to wherever he is practicing just to have him care for my family.
